What a great project to do. For LittlePlantPantry in Amsterdam, we have revamped their old website, maintaining the old look and feeling on the common business pages. We worked on a live version, maintaining the website substructure and their high ranking. We renew their shop section and built it according to the wholesale system, the more you buy the cheaper it gets. The LittlePlantPantry is the first Zero Waste, no packaging food store of the Netherlands. Bring your own containers, jars or bags to the store weight them and shop for your favourite food products.
As soon as they are ready to ship the website already has a built-in packaging system, so costumers can choose from standard free paper bags, or paid Cotton bags or Glass Jars, to pack and ship their orders.
Also is it possible to work with a deposit for the packaging and the shipping boxes! The clients, when ordering online, pay a deposit for the packaging and postboxes. When they want to send the empty postbox and packaging back, they log in on my-account on the website create and pay for a shipping label and bring it to the nearest PostNL dropoff office. Once the box with empty items is received in LittlePlantPantry warehouse, the clients receive the deposit back as a shopping credit in their my-account for the next order.
